1. Respectful communication

  • Threats, harassment, discrimination, publishing other people’s personal data and deliberate stalking are forbidden.
  • Debates about mechanics and PvP are welcome; sustained insults and baiting are not.
  • Spam, malicious links and impersonating the administration are forbidden.

2. Fair play

  • Bots, macros, third-party software or modified files must not be used to gain an advantage.
  • Report any bug or vulnerability you discover to the administration and do not exploit it again.
  • Attacks on the infrastructure, interference with network traffic and bypassing the launcher’s or client’s protections are forbidden.

3. Accounts and security

  • The owner is responsible for everything done through their account and for keeping the password safe.
  • Do not reuse a password from other services and never share it with anyone. The administration will never ask for your password.
  • Selling, buying or passing accounts to third parties is not supported and may lead to a ban.

4. In-game trading

  • Deception in trades, item switching and abusing interface bugs are forbidden.
  • Real-money trades outside the project’s official facilities are not protected by the administration.
  • Advertising third-party servers, services and platforms without approval is forbidden.

5. Moderation

Depending on the violation, a warning, a chat restriction or a temporary or permanent account ban may be applied. Where there is a serious risk to the server, access may be restricted immediately while the matter is investigated.

6. Appeals

A decision can be appealed through the support section. Give the account username without the password, the time of the event, the character’s name and any evidence relevant to the situation. Public pressure does not speed up the review.
