This is the first edition, written for the testing stage. By using the service, the user confirms that they have read these terms and the server rules.
1. Subject of the agreement
Piratia Online provides access to the information site, the launcher, the client files and the test game server under the terms of this agreement.
2. Account and access
- The user provides accurate details to the extent needed to create and restore an account.
- The user is responsible for keeping their login details safe and for actions carried out through their account.
- Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, for a security threat or for a breach of the rules.
3. Client and updates
The files are provided solely for connecting to the service and for personal, non-commercial use. Distributing maliciously modified builds, circumventing the integrity mechanisms and using modifications for an unfair advantage are forbidden.
4. The test nature of the service
During the testing stage, restarts, bugs, balance changes, temporary unavailability and adjustments to game data are all possible. The team aims to preserve progress but does not promise uninterrupted operation or an unchanging test environment.
5. Acceptable use
The user undertakes to obey the law, respect the rights of other participants and follow the project’s rules, not to attack the infrastructure, not to interfere with the service and not to exploit bugs for personal gain.
6. Changes to these terms
This edition may change as the project develops. The date of the current version is shown on the page; significant changes are published in the news. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new terms.
